MOD介绍：

这个MOD计划重新调整所有物品的效果（不包含坐骑、旗帜、随从）
增强所有传奇领主的神器
调整所有普通物品的效果
修正CA用脚写的的数据（一些白色品质的装备比绿色品质的装备还强）

This mod plans to readjust the effect of all items (excluding mounts, flags, followers)
Enhance the artifacts of all legendary lords
Adjust the effect of all normal items
Corrected data written by CA with feet (some white-quality gear is stronger than green-quality gear)
