General
Creatues need to be fed for both the taming and breeding process.
Creatures will search for food every 10 seconds if following conditions are true:
  • The creature must not be fleeing.
  • The creature must not be alerted (red indicator).
    • Awareness doesn't prevent eating (yellow indicator).
  • The creature must be hungry.
  • Valid food must be closer than 10 Meters.
    • Comparison 1 Wood Floor 2x2 = 4m² in-game.
Once the creature eats, it stays fed for 10 minutes.
Food expires faster when players sleep.
Boar

Boars are aggressive creatures found in Meadows.
They are wild swine animals that can be tamed and bred.

Feeding
  • Wild boar are afraid of fire, including torches, and will be 'frightened' when nearby.
    • This does not apply to Tamed animals.
  • When tamed, boars seek freedom. If a tamed boar sees an opening within their fenced area they will run towards and through it.
    • This can be used to corral the boars from place to place.

Wolf

Wolves are aggressive creatures found in Mountains.
They are large canines with long bushy tails that can be bred and tamed.

Wolf Protectors
Tame wolves can be commanded to guard a specific place or to follow into a battle.

Notes:
  • Roaming wolves in an area where enemies drop meat they can then sustain their numbers. They can even breed rapidly.
    • Too many wolves can lead up to:
      • Damage to structures.
      • Bumping players and carts.
      • Stutter on lower end systems.
  • Cannot use Portals.
  • Can be transferred by boat by building a dock with a plank directly over the boats deck.
Once the wolf is above the boat, break the planks it's standing on to load the wolf onto the boat.

    • Wolves will try to fight Serpents.
    • Wolves will take collision damage if placed on top of the boat.
    • Cannot be fed during transport.
  • Don't like to use staircases.
  • Tamed wolves that are set to follow a player will stop following the player when they logout.
    • Tamed wolves will not resume following the player even if they log back in, as the player must manually set them to follow again.
  • A wolf's size is affected by its star ranking. More stars = Larger wolf.

Feeding
NOTE: Wolves with 1 or 2 stars must be initially fed during the night. If it's day time, the player must trap the wolf and wait nearby to prevent it from despawning.

Breeding
Long story short:
  1. Have 2 of the same tamable creatures.
    • If you want 2 star creatures, then it's 2 creatures both with 2 stars.
      • Since you cannot control who’s the birthing creature this is the most reliable way.
  2. Build a large enclosure around them.
    • Or the hard way, have large enclosure and try get them inside.
      • You can use the Abyssal Harpoon to drag them inside.
  3. Make sure they are well fed all the time.
    • Throw a lot of the correct food into the pen.
  4. Wait... ... ... No wait longer... ... ...
    • AHHWWWW BABIES!

NOTE:
Hens and Askvins lay an egg.
Keep an egg near heat source (need to be signed as warm) for 30 minutes.

If you breed a 2 star and a 0 star, half of the babies will be 2 star, and half will be 0. Just put in enough food.

if you have 2 stared wolf pack then you only need to wory about troll invasion or frost drake , or latter fuling invasion, everything else is just a food for your wolf pack
