There are several ways. Most simple one is build a reservoir like a watertower and connect it with pipes and a pump to a water unloading station. Buy a water truck and establish a line from custome house to water unloading station.

Yes. Here I had problems with a mod for it didn't have water available. Problem is solved now. I can insert water in the ini file of the mod.
