DoC Improvements: Progressive Daemon Prince Buffs

Adds a small buff for your daemon prince at each of the gift milestones in each gods demonic glory line, giving the prince an improving power level over the course of your campaign. These buffs aim to mitigate the lack of resistances and magic buffs available to the prince due to his loss of items and skills.

For each of the nine Khorne milestones:
+4 melee attack
+5% spell resistance

For each of the nine Nurgle milestones:
+4 melee defence
+4% missile resistance

For each of the nine Slaanesh milestones:
+4 charge bonus
+6% weapon strength

For each of the nine Tzeentch milestones:
-3% winds of magic costs for all spells
-4% base miscast chance

For each of the three undivided milestones:
+10 armour
+8% physical resistance

*note the last three gifts of each god are locked behind dedication to that god.

This is a small single table mod, so it should be compatible with virtually any mod that doesn't completely destroy the demonic glory system.
