Description
this is a pack containing lights that don't light up at night due to them being derelict. Textures do net exceed 512x512 and models are kept at a low poly while retaining detail. I was going to add some emergency bulkheads but the models didn't want to import so will have to be added some other time.

@Pnevma not sure. I haven't been on cities skylines in a while due to the game being very unstable for me but i'm sure a essential mod like prop snapping would update at some point.

so we can just use prop anarchy with this now right? prop snapping and it's per-requisites are out of date
