FIX Brink's Unplayable Lag

I had unplayable lag in this game and searched for about an hour on Google trying to find a fix and eventually I found one in the Youtube comments of a video so this fix is not exactly well documented.

Once in game press Shift+Tab at the same time then click on Web Browser. Return to the game and the lag should be fixed. It is very important to open up Web Browser and not just Shift+Tab into the Steam Overlay. You may shake your head at this fix but I swear this worked for me and, fingers crossed, hopefully it works for you.
