MARPAT for S&S: New Wave

描述
Raid BDUs and PASGT helmets with MARPAT camo, for early 2000s marine stuff. Color matched to RHS MARPAT somewhat closely, also fits well with S&S stuff.

Credits to the goonworks team of course for creating all of these amazing assets and being so open for retextures.
Further credit to Komyeta for providing the textures for the raid BDUs.
