Rapture Map v2

Description
This map is an edit of rp_isolation.

I did my best to try and clean up the displacements, add more foliage in certain areas, and complete areas that felt unfinished or like they were missing more interiors/buildings. Some areas from L4D1/2 have been added and heavily edited.

Also compiled in HDR with SSMT for better lighting/AO shading on walls.

I didn't redo the displacements so there will be some clipping issues.
