First off, open the game's files.














Now, navigate to the META-INF\AIR\ folder and open application.xml with your favorite text editor.
It should look like this:

Do you see that <resizable> thing? It's currently false. Change the value from false to true, save, and start the game. Your window should be resizable now!

Note: This also fixes the maximize button for Linux users
