Step 1

Go in Users, ''Username'', AppData, Local, SquadGame, Saved, Config, WindowsNoEditor

Step 2

Open with Notepad: GameUserSettings.ini



Step 3

Press CTRL + F and search TextureStreamPoolSizeStorage

Step 4

Delete the number after = and type 0, then close the notepad and save it



Result
