Republican Guard Cav Mini Buff

Republican Guard Cavalry are a woeful unit. Going Republic was already hard enough, and their unique guard cavalry unit unlocked at the final tier of the modern military building is... basically on par with sabre cav, having +2 morale at the cost of -1 attack.

This mod seeks to give Republican Guard Cavalry a justified place on the battlefield with the following changes:
Attack: 17 --> 20
Defence: 7 --> 10
Dismounted Attack: 14 --> 17
Now inspires nearby units

This means they will now function more as heavy cav à la heavy cav in Napoleon (see what I did there 😏). They will now roundly trounce sabre cav if they face them.

There is already a mod on the workshop that gives Republican Guard Cav a buff. This turns them into supersoldiers who are bulletproof (based on the mod's description). I didn't feel this was appropriate for my more realistic tastes, so I hope this mod is an enjoyable one.

Uses the table units_stats_land. Would be surprised if it clashes with anything.
