1. Go to gmod local files
2. Press garrysmod folder
3. Press addons folder
4. Delete all files that are here
5. Open Garry's mod
6. All your addons that u use will reinstall.
7. Done

Only deleted addons will be removed from garry's mod.

I think why mine takes so much space is because I installed 1600 cock and ball torture mods
