So some of you guys including me are having troubles with workshop mods disappearing from the mod-manager even they're subbed.

So here's the fix :

1. Ets2 needs to be closed
2. un-sub and re-sub the mods that are showed as missing.
3. everything should work fine again.

It's so simple that it took me a couple days to find out that you need to do it while THE GAME is in a CLOSED STATE
