Industrial Sized Balance Patch for AwwScrap

Description
I love the Industrial Sized mod, regardless how old it might be. Unfortunately, using it with AwwScrap completely breaks the balance of the game, because scrap refining can be exploited when using an advanced refinery with 5 or more yield modules and creates basically unlimited ressources.

I tried to make all refinery types in the game useful, for that reason I excluded stone refining from the standard refinery (and its DLC version) and the advanced refinery. The advanced refinery has been further limited to refining gold, platinum, uranium and magnesium ores (all of which usually take ages to refine). Therefore, it is no longer the ultimate solution for all refining purposes but still nice to have for its speed and higher amount of upgrade ports. The refinery module remains unchanged and can still process anything, but due to its smaller amount of upgrade ports with regard to max yield, it only excels at stone refining.

Changes:
– Standard Refinery and its DLC counterpart cannot refine stone any more
– Alloy Plate scrap added (obtained when grinding down blocks from the Industrial Sized mod)
– Advanced Refinery can only process gold, platinum, uranium and magnesium ores (including those from the Better Stone mod)
– Advanced Refinery takes slightly longer to construct (3 min) and requires slightly more power (7.5 MW instead of 5.6 MW).
– The blocks from Industrial Sized can now be found in the respective refinery and assembler groups.

Compatibility: Unfortunately, the standard and advanced refinery can no longer process modded ores unless I include those manually in the mod. Daily Needs and Better Stone are supported.

Load order: It is probably best to have this mod loaded after AwwScrap and Industrial Sized, i.e. place this mod above AwwScrap and Industrial Sized in the space engineers ingame-GUI (single player or locally hosted multiplayer). This patch should also work for dedicated servers, in that case place this mod lower in the list.

IMPORTANT: As a total noob, I could only manage to copy all files I found necessary to create this patch and rebalance from Industrial Sized, AwwScrap and Survival Less Likely, if any of the authors want this to be taken down or unlisted, I am willing to oblige.
