I got this mod off of moddb. If you search shogun 2 mods and go to that site, it's under the Total Fots mods. I believe it was called the mutliplayer mode or something similar (this mod is exclusively a custom battle one). Unfortunately, there's nowhere to get it off steam so if you want to use it, that's the only method I know of. Hope this helped.
