You may have to zoom in to see what certain characters are holding.

Complete the main game first. (This is important!)

no didin't :( (maybe because I skipped credits?)
or because I did not finish first all normal levels and then the bonus levels ?

It should have unlocked after completing H3 or going through the Final door and watching the credits.

achievement "complete all main levels" won't trigger... why ?

After testing at x3 speed, the ninjas didn't need to be changed.

No problem. I showed you what I changed but copied everything else from your solution. And there is one missing thing on my second screenshot. On opposite site there are 3 ninjas and changing direction of middle one is probably necessary too.
