Description
This composition brings you a Marine Rifle Squad according to the battle order from the USMC reorganization plans for the 2020s

The new Marines, whose units will have to be more agile and lighter now, will be equipped with new weaponry and personal equipment. The changes are mostly in head protection, which will be for now FAST helmet; and in the weaponry used, moving from the M4 rifle to the M27 rifle.

The infantry composition, as of the battle order planned for the 2020s is:

Squad Command
  • Squad Leader: Sergeant (OR-5), armed with M27 IAR
  • Assistant Squad Leader: Corporal (OR-4), armed with M27 IAR
  • Squad Systems Operator: Lance Corporal (OR-3), armed with M27 IAR
3x Fire Teams
  • Team Leader: Corporal (OR-4), armed with M27 IAR
  • Automatic Rifleman: Lance Corporal (OR-3), armed with M27 IAR
  • Grenadier: Lance Corporal (OR-3), armed with M27 IAR and standalone M320 GL
  • Rifleman: Lance Corporal (OR-3), armed with M27 IAR

@LucSon they are in the process of replacing the ACOG, yeah, but I did not want to add more dependencies, so I just chose a transitional equipment.

Aren't the marines replacing the ACOG with the Trijicon VCOG LPVO? Or is that just for Force Recon units or MARSOC? I seem to remember seeing an image of a Marine with a VCOG mounted on the M27...

@KENIXII You can only use it in Eden editor, select Compositions and it should appear there

I really wish the rhs team would update some of the infantry stuff for USAF, it's nothing against them because i know they spend a lot of their own free time working on this stuff, but i sure do wish...

Good on them, the M5 is a great gun but I don't see it's role in urban combat with it's weight and 20 round mag.

@King Jong Gaming, nope, they recently adopted the M27 IAR as their standard rifle, I don't think they will adopt the M5, at least not in the following 5-10 years.
