Since English is not my home-language, I apologize for any language / grammer mistakes.
Some of the photos of this guide are not in English, sorry for any inconvenience.

Step 1: Heading to CiM2 installation directory
1. Head to your Cities in Motion 2 (CiM2) installation directory by EITHER ONE(A/B) of the following ways

A. Goto Library of your steam, select Cities in Motion 2 then right-clicked it, select "Properties"

Select tab "Local Files" and press "Browse local files..."

OR B. Open Windows Explorer, find your installation directory of CiM2
(Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities in Motion 2)

Step 2: Heading to Workshop directory
Head to ...\CIM2_Data\Data\Workshop

You shold be able to see these photos
Step 3: Make your own logo
Open any photo editing software, make your own workshop item's logo.
Then change the name of the logo, saved it as .png format

If you are making logo of your map, saved it as map.png
If you are making logo of your ruleset, saved it as ruleset.png
If you are making logo of your scenario, saved it as scenario.png

I'll use this as an exmaple

Remark: TRY TO KEEP THE LOGO AS A SQUARE SHARP (the same length and height) Although there are no limitation , keeping the same height and length is more preferred.

Remark 2: REMEMBER TO SAVE IT AS .png FORMAT
Step 4: Replace the logo to the Workshop directory
Replace your logo to the Workshop directory

******REMEMBER TO MAKE A BACK-UP******

Your Workshop directory should look like this now:

In case you have forgotten to make a backup, I have made it for you
Download it form here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3wIEHDfk2bRb3ZpeTdJV05CaWM/edit?usp=sharing
Step 5: Update your workshop item
Start Cities in Motion 2
Head to Tools --> Sharing

Select your workshop item and press ok

For rulset and scenario, click the tab in CiM2 and do same thing to update your workshop item
Step 6: Finish
After uploading your workshop item
Head to your link of your workshop item, you'll be able to see that the logo has changed

Congratulation, you've chnaged the logo of your workshop item
Remarks
If you are making another map and you want to change the logo of it,
simply replace the originally logo and update your workshop item.

If you want to switch back to the originally, dull, useless logo,
just replace the backup file and update your workshop item...
(NOT RECOMMEND TO CHANGE BACK TO THE ORIGINAL LOGO)
