Instructions:
1. Subscribe to this mod
2. Open game
3. Wait for the addon to finish downloading
4. Change your display to full screen
5. Quit game
6. Go to your cfg folder located at common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg
7. Open your autoexec file, and copy paste this
mat_setvideomode 1920 1080 1
mat_setvideomode 1920 1080 0
*if you dont know how to make autoexec file you can just download the file here [drive.google.com] with the text already pasted.
8. Save the file and you're done.

It should work if you follow the step correctly.

I actually use this mod here and replace the loading bg file.
