Only lead Can Stop Them is a game inspired by the classic shooter games of the early 90s. The controls are similar to many of these games.

The Movement:
Use the mouse to look left and right. The player view is always centered in view so the mouse can't look up or down.
Move using W,A,S,D or the arrow keys on the keyboard.
Controler can be used but is currently not fully supported.

The Mouse speed can be adjusted in game by pressing Esc and enter the in-game menu.

Actions:
Open doors by SPACEBAR, E- or Retur-key.

Shoot using Left Mouse Button or Left CTRL-key

Change weapons using number keys or the scroll wheel of the mouse.

Conviction:
Conviction is the special power to aid you in the fight. It's increased by picking up special items like cigars, booze or books as well as killing your foes. You lose conviction when you get hurt.

A high amount of conviction makes it possible to enter a state of fury where you deal a high amount of damage while the conviction is drained.
A high amount of conviction also acts as an armor making you more resistant to the enemies fire.

Music volume can be adjusted in game by pressing Esc and enter the in-game menu.
