Iron Lung Fish (Nextbot NPC)

Description
The monster/fish/whale from the game Iron Lung that terrorises the blood ocean in its Nextbot NPC form. Very scary.

It's not a low effort Nextbot if the original itself is just a 2D image.

Edited and modified version of this.
