If you are referring to the "Plant" level then the puzzle is probably intentionally hard since it is the last puzzle to end the game. When you select a symbol you can turn it green or yellow. If it is green then the adjacent symbols will swap places, if it is yellow then it will swap the symbols that are two positions away from the one selected.

You are meant to play around with it (Like a rubrics cube) and try to move the symbols around to match the doors symbol positions.
This guide is meant to help get passed puzzles that you are stuck on.

If you are still confused than please clarify what level you are having an issue with (each are listed on the right of the page in the "Guide Index") and what part of the puzzle you are having issues with.

Hey, there seems to be a lot of misunderstandings here.

1) Signal Strength is relative to the "Underwater" level, and the puzzle there is broken (Unless it was fixed in a recent update) since the audio coming from the satellite didn't match to what the answer was, so that had to be brute forced.
In the "Ocean" level you have to charge the four different colored batteries and pop them in a certain order (Blue, Orange, Green, Red in picture shown above in section "5 Ocean")

2) When you say "Gate (Plant level), Plate level" this is very confusing as there is no level named "Gate" but there is a "Plate" and "Plant" level.

If you are referring to the "Plate" level each persons order of plates to be stepped on are on the written on the walls, going in order from left to right starting at the symbol above the entrance. You must work together to get through this puzzle still though since room A's symbols are the answers for room B, and vice versa.

Though to note, we did kinda semi understood the gate puzzle? We got it open through trial and error is all compared to the others.

Don't worry about it. The dev gave an answer for it. Though, I still don't understand it. I brute forced it with my friend by spamming the buttons. Not gonna lie, I don't know if it's just us and we are bad at this type of stuff, but a good portion of these did not help us understand the puzzles even after looking up the solutions. Like the Gate (Plant) level, Plate level, The coordinate puzzle, and that one I said I brute forced. That's all the puzzles we couldn't understand no matter how we looked at them. Probably just us, but yeah.

Hey Pichu it's been a while since I played the game but the signal strength in the ocean was something I just kept playing and writing down what I did till it worked. I'm sorry if my instructions are slightly wrong but if you ever get it figured out. I would be more than happy to edit the guide and cite you for the answer. Or when it gets less busy l be able to figure out the solution.

The only one I can't seem to figure out is the Signal Strength one at the ocean. It seems straight forward, but I have no clue?
