This mod fixes a bug where dormitories, solitaries and padded solitaries arent grouped in a sector together and by extension also fixes the associated logistical/efficiency issues of the bug, such as fog of war visibility problems or janitors/working inmates moving the laundry basket to each independent dormitory when handing clean uniforms instead of just leaving the basket in the hallway.

Note: above-mentioned rooms with their entrance facing outdoors will still be considered their own sector.
