The Tipula is an early-game Transport submarine inspired by the cranefly.
It can carry a good amount of cargo but sucks in almost every other field.

Has only one gun on the roof. A chaingun.
Has an electric discharge coil and can have up to three guns.
Only has one supercapacitor
Can carry up to 30 crates.
Has a slow ballast pump speed.
Has a relatively low amount of junction boxes. Design oversight.
