I'm guessing everyone's having trouble finding their preorder songs and art, so i hope this helps.
(Try to be nice, this is my first time making one of these guides.)

1. Scroll down on the game page and, on the "DLC" section, click "Manage My 1 DLC".

Step 2:

2. Checkmark the square next to the preorder DLC to install.

Step 3:

3. Check your museum.

I do not know if this will fix your game and give you the dlc but you can try and this if this mod link will work for everone and give you the dlc

Still nothing. I am starting to lose my faith in Capcom. Their support team doesn't respond to my email either.

Just for the record, they only showed up for me after I installed them with the game closed, and also verified the game files. Somehow, it wasn't showing until I verified.
