For future people playing this game before the wiki is fully fleshed out, I found where Missile Spell is.

I couldn't get the map to show me the tutorial area for better exact directions but I layed it out the best I can with screenshots. The short of is that it is a little bit away from the front entrance of Vela's Fortress in the tutorial, if you stand there you can see a tower peaking behind a cannon. In there, in a chest is Missile Spell.

You've probably long since either found the item or stopped playing, but I think it's good to clarify for future people that it is a different ship. The one freaky white creatures is for a quest in town. Assuming you were looking for the same item I was, Missile Spell.

Is the flying ship populated in that picture? It was barren for me, and im wondoring if that is a glitch or just a change since a more recent update.
