Overcharge bar turns to golden when triggering Heat sink

@Nixie, doesn't matter if it's "safe" or not, you can't run unsanctioned mods in official.

不知道能不能给所有武器都加上这个效果（哪怕没有实际意义），招架的手感可能对我来说也需要其他武器的练习，希望加一下功能！另外希望加一下招架成功的判定提示什么的，也好习惯手感，感谢！
