First and foremost, you'll want to go to the settings screen on the game selection and reduce the difficulty to 0 stars and reduce the damage you deal to the minimum, this will ensure that the opponent will block as little as possible so you can get all the hits in.

Then, just charge your meter to maximum and try to put your opponent in a corner. Afterwards, create a save state and keep trying until you get it.

For this, it is highly advised you use the Super Combo macro to ensure you do the super as early as possible for the combo, since anything short of glueing it to the sword strike will have you do a 13/14-hit combo instead. (If you use Helion)
