its not realistic
i quit smoking like last year was for about 10 years
it only took like a couple months and now if i smoke its NOT like i have the cravings again i actually feel like garbage wayy to lightheaded etc but i can still smoke the odd ciggarette ant be fine not wanting to smoke another for a while
The 224 default timer takes a month and 10 days if you can find the needed 200 patches and apply every 4 hours (they're set to spawn very rare or extremely rare in just a couple of places). I would decrease it to like 50 or less (it gets 5x less painful to wait it out without patches if you're lucky or lucky+resilient). Even at 50, if you can't find patches then its going to take you 200 days (40 for lucky+resilient). Alternatively, you could get it over with in 8 days if you find patches
A lucky resilient character with perfect time management (using patches every 4 hours) and enough patches (180 ish) could do it in just over a month.
Without patches a lucky resilient character would take like 190 days. A normal character would take like 900 days. An unlucky character would never succeed, (they actually have to hoard their patches before using them so that they can blitz through their progress before they lose it).
