Thanks for your response. It was indeed some mod conflicts. I tried to use a mod to get unlimited Unique Items (like 100) of each, which removed like weapons from other unique characters that were not implemented in the normal game. Thanks anyway!

try to close some or change their order.
if problems still exists.

Since I use this mod, I don't have any longer uniques characters even if the menu shows them. If there a way to fix this ?

Same for the set-bonus of the Blue Blade and Zhao Yun's regular armour is also gone...

A few things here are not working properly anymore. I saw there was an add-on for Zhao Yun his tiger armour, but there seems to be something wrong with a few characters. Zhang Xueer and Guan Yinping have no base stats (instinct, expertise, resolve etc.) anymore. As for Zhao Yun his weapon Invincible seems to be gone completely when I start any campaign. This only happened as I updated from 3.2 to 3.3 today, but is there a trigger event or so for this to happen?
