Fixed Left 4 Dead Plane Crash Animation (mostly)

A simple addon that fixes the broken animation of the Dead Air plane crash. The 'mostly' in the title is because I couldn't get the particle effects to work.

I've brought it back since the spawnable crash addon now has the model in a seperate folder

Notes:
You can't spawn the plane crash model since it's made up of several different models that play an animation.
If you try to trigger the plane crash in the c11m5_runway map, you can't because the trigger for it is attached to the safe room door opening. A door that doesn't exist in garry's mod. You can do "ent_fire planecrash_trigger trigger" in console to do it manually (requires sv_cheats).
