Amalgamation: Phoenix Secondary Specialization

Description
This mod adds a brand new (and very rare!) secondary Amalgamation specialization that lets characters use chemthrowers and canisters, adept at healing allies and controlling enemy flow.

What is it?
For one reason or the other, chemthrowers were a pretty neglected weapon in the Amalgamation spec space for quite a while.

This specific spec focuses on the healing and debuffing aspects of the chemthrower. It is meant to be used alongside my Salamander and Desolator specs, though it also supports a few others.

How does it play?
The Phoenix's first role is that of an area medic, healing entire teams with Medispray and removing debuffs with Fumigate. Its secondary role is that of area denial -- the Phoenix is well-equipped to control choke points, with (blinding) Suppression locking down single targets and Pressure Blast shoving groups away and out of cover.

When combined with a chemthrower primary specialization, Fine Control helps line up shots that would normally be too hazardous for nearby allies, and On The Move lets the Phoenix relocate to more advantageous locations to fire from.

Note that for the full experience you'll also want to grab Rusty's Chemthrower Addon Redux mod. This gives you several new elemental chemthrowers to play with, and unlocks a dedicated canister slot to free up another secondary weapon option. (if available)

How balanced is it?
It's a pretty solid force multiplier for any chemthrower-using primaries, increasing their flexibility by quite a bit. However, the chance of actually rolling it is really low, hovering around 1% odds as tested. Good luck!

Special thanks:

It's out! Not a lot of changes here, only really tidied some things up and excluded the Ravager primary. As always, check the changelog for more info.

Heads up: Got a rarity pass for a bunch of my specs coming up at some point in the next week. The huge influx of new/changed specs over the past year or so has been great, but has also thrown a lot of older specs out of whack.

These changes are likely going to break some classes in ongoing campaigns, sorry! If you notice any characters that did lose their class, use my Console Helper's RandomizeClass command with one or more old specs, or (temporarily) remove the new exclusions in the matching spec's XComAmalgamation.ini file. (they'll be clearly marked as being new)
