Calamity Difficulty Buttons

Description
Adds buttons to the Journey Mode difficulty slider to enable/disable Revengeance, Death and Malice modes.
Also supports:
- Infernum from the Infernum Mode Mod.
- For the worthy from Vanilla.
- Eternity from Fargo's Soul Mod.

(Will not work in multiplayer.)

changelog:
- v1.0.0 - initial release
- v1.1.0 - added eternity mode and ftw support and moved everything into submenus
- v1.1.1 - added infernum mode support replacing malice mode when enabled

re confirming that this mod causes a conflict with Fargo's Mutant mod, wherein a world backup cannot be found.

@radiish Set the visibility to private so nobody is able to use it.
Then it's the same thing as deleting it.
