You should get this for picking up the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at the start of the game.

Ride the dolphin in the dolphin mini-game along the shore.

Smoke out of a dildo.

Kick volleyballs. They can be found on the beach easily.

Stay at the gentlemen's club for 30 minutes.

To get into the gentlemen's club: If you are facing your shop turn right then turn left on the first road you see, it will be on the left not far from the boardwalk and you can only enter it at night. You will need to give the bouncer weed to enter.

Sleep the night in a tent. When I did this achievement laying in a tent during the day counted towards my progress. I do not know if it is still like this, someone please let me know in the comments.

This achievement does not have a explanation so here is how you do it. Smoke doobies/joints/blunts/vapes etc. while in the elevator in the hotel, it does not matter if you are going up or down in the elevator. This may take a few tries.

You get this achievement by glitching under the map. Another way to do this is ride a skate board straight into the ocean until you reach the end of the map and fall off.
