Primeiramente use um cronometro, pois se passar de três minutos, não conseguira a conquista. Não perca tempo tentando completar a missão, se passar dos três minutos. A não ser que você ainda não tenha completado a missão, e queira deixar esta conquista por ultimo. Já que é possível limpar o progresso de algumas missões em separado, e concluí-las novamente.
Existem várias formas de completar a conquista, como tentar lançar o sistema contra outros sistemas, mas este depende muito da sorte. Mas existem algumas dicas, que se deve ter em mente.
Você deve conseguir pelo menos, dois planetas civilizados, para que se crie um escudo protetor na sua estrela, o qual você ira usar contra as outras estrelas, sem perder massa da sua própria estrela, mas não tente acumular planetas, para fazer este escudo, em sua estrela, logo de inicio. Você ira perder tempo tentando destruir ou pegar outros planetas, desviando seus planetas, dos planetas do sistema inimigo e perdera a civilização dele, devido as espaçonaves inimigas.
No inicio você pode fazer duas coisas; absorver os planetas, ou jogá-los contra o sistema inimigo, melhor ainda se conseguir jogar um planeta contra outro e lançar dois ou três planetas do inimigo contra ele mesmo, mas cuidado para não errar, se não o planeta poderá voltar em outra orbita, ao redor do sistema inimigo atrasando o processo.
Antes de tentar destruir as estrelas, você deve destruir ou roubar quase todos os planetas do sistema que você ira destruir, deixando nenhum ou apenas um planeta. Só assim os escudos de cada uma das três estrelas desaparecerá e será possível destruí-las.
Agora use o escudo e velocidade contra cada uma das estrelas e pronto. Mas cuidado para não arremessar as estrelas em grande velocidade para longe. O ideal é vir no sentido contrário do sistema inimigo, deixando-o mais lento.
Verdade que fiquei um fim de semana inteiro tentando concluir esta conquista, depois de deixar de jogar por alguns meses, e por estas ideias em minha mente, consegui fazer está conquista em umas 3 horas.

Actually I was a whole weekend trying to complete this achievement after leaving to play for a few months, and these ideas appeared in my mind, is completed this achievement in about 3 hours.
