No Join War Button - All Factions

Opis
Disables the Join War button, preventing the AI from joining forces with someone they hate in a war they didn't intend to declare anyway.
Also takes away your fun, in the name of fairness. If you wanna fight, tell'em yourself!

NOTE: Once enabled in a campaign, it can not be reversed.

Should be compatible with pretty much anything (obviously aside from the other version of itself).

@manx2007 - I don't think it's possible to make that happen via the join war button, and if it is, it's outside my knowledge, unfortunately.

yes , indeed.you can make money or pay for support with this option, but ai use this to increase difficulty and player to avoid the conflict with ally. military alliance have no sense in this conditions.

@manx2007 - If I'm understanding you correctly, that's what happens when declaring war normally, no?

make "join the war" option to make the faction who accept the invitation , to go at war with all ally and defensive ally of that faction. if you can do this, you are the best.
