More Dirty AI Cheats - No Battle Modifiers

Description
This mod is the same as my "More Dirty AI Cheating" mod ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2798248064 ) but without the AI battle difficulty modifiers, by popular request.

In this mod, the AI will get large bonuses to a range of campaign effects (only on hard/very/hard battle difficulty). Should be compatible with any other mods that don't change AI bonuses (so don't use it at the same time as those "less AI cheating" mods :P).

Whats in the mod

Campaign

More recruitment, lower upkeep, cheaper construction, faster replenishment and research, higher province growth. will increase as AI faction strength increases.

At max AI faction potential:
-90-95% construction cost
-75-80% recruitment cost
+14-16% replenishment
-70% upkeep
+160 growth

i'm not sure if the ai actually has -%70 upkeep cost. just finished a golgfag campaign and never really saw the ai accumulate more than 3 or 4 armies. i've been playing with another upkeep reduction mod at %30 and the ai goes nuts. i wonder why this is.

Curious to see if you know what they buffed in 2.2 for legendary difficulty, i've been playing it and it feels not very different at all compared to what i had to deal with in 2.1

on balance maybe about the same, my mod massively increases the AI bonuses for each faction potential bracket, where as his puts every faction in a high potential bracket (but doesnt change the vanilla bonuses much), so for high strength factions mine will be much harder since the bonuses are much higher, but for other his will probably be harder

Does this mod do anything for Tomb Kings and Beastmen factions? I've noticed whenever I start a campaign with this enabled, Beastmen are wiped out instantly (whereas they do prevail for a while normally) and Tomb Kings rarely prosper. Giving them an additional army capacity might help?
