Updating UE4 hasn't fixed it, I'm at a loss so gonna use Windows media creation tool to repair Windows and see if that fixes it.. if not I'll just reinstall Windows entirely.

I've tried every fix the internet says is "guaranteed to fix the issue", yet the bastard refuses to work. The only thing left to do that the web says is "Update Unreal Engine", but how the fuck do I do that? When I google it I get "How to Update UE4 for game dev"...

...once again, as soon as I open my fucking mouth the shit game goes back to crashing every minute or two, and making me wait 2 or 3 minutes to let me access task manager to close it.

Update - Crash frequency reduced, but still jank, only just about managed to get Strider out :/
More stuff from Roimhe is upcoming, game seems more stable when I'm in the editor so I've got a thing or two ready to go. Just don't expect stuff coming out fast, because BR is the most consistent game at being inconsistent I've ever played..

Of course, the day I say that I get the error again...

Update: I THINK it's fixed. idk wtf I did, but apparently uninstalling and reinstalling the game not once, but twice, seems to have done the job.

basically: whee steam error, BR broken again, the fix I used last time doesn't work, can't build or upload stuff because it crashes every 10 minutes or so
