I see a riot baton hilt but every time I try to access it I only get an error, what addon do I need to use it?

I didn't update addon for a long time, so maybe its bcs of the base addon update. I can try to help of you contact me via ds "millerzxc"

So recently on our community we are having issues with the IQ handle to work. We can not spawn it to pick it up. Some people see it as errors while others see it fine but also can not pick up the handle/
