I was not satified with the Veteran Occupation and wanted to create my own. I can modify existing files but I do not know how to mod. Hea was very nice and created this for me by using the Soldier Occupation (from their SOTO mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2840805724) and modifying it to what I was looking for then used the Bloodlust trait (from Dynamic Traits by Peppercat https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2459400130) to create the effect I wanted. If you arent subscribed to their mods, I highly recommend you check them out.

The -17 is base on in-game values for each trait and skill and has been decided on to make this Profession balanced with vanilla Professions for MP use. If you are playing solo and don't want to pay 17 points for this then give yourself as many points as you like when making a custom game or add a mod that gives you the desired amount of points.
Below is a breakdown explaining how I decided this number.
Unemployed has 8 points and is considered the starting point for all other Occupations.
Desensitized is -8 points
Born to Kill is +7 points (trait was +4 but was also for 24hr cycle instead of 8hr like I have this set up, increased to +7 due to the amount of time needed to manage Stress, Unhappiness and Boredom)
Strength, Fitness, Maintenance and Aim are -3 points each per level so -3x6=-18
Nimble is -2 points per level so -2x2=-4
Reload is -1 point per level so -1x2=-2
8-8+7-18-4-2=-17

Born to Kill:
After 8 hours unhappiness, stress and boredom will increase each hour.
After killing a zombie unhappiness, stress, cig stress and boredom will decrease.
The rate for boredom and stress is 3 zombie kills equals an hours worth of increase.
The rate for unhappiness is 1 zombie kill equals 2 hours worth of increase.
Originally the debuffs were to start 24 hours after the last zombie kill but the games my friends and I were playing with each other and the servers we played on have time slowed down 3x so I changed the 24hr to 8hr. I could upload another with a 24 hour setting if people would like for normal time settings.

Unfortunately I do not have the coding experience to be able to do so. With a trait mod you should be able to fairly easily use this as a base Occupation then add traits to create the character you want and save it as a preset. Below are a few trait mods that might help.

Could you create more classes (MOS) like combat engineer marksman gunner etc?

I have very different code to yours as mine is all custom, what would be different would be the entirety of the code.
