Big Sandbox Map of forrest and bunker!

a fully noded map.

Maybe need css content and hl2episodic

Feature's:
-Big Terrain with trees and bushes.
-AI-Nodes
-Secret Big Bunker (probably not secret lol)
-Small Underground City
-Dormitory (3 rooms)
-Electric Room
-2 Secret Room
-4 Houses
NAV-MESH
-3D-Skybox
-Optimization (TESTED IN I-3 8130U CPU: Bunker 120Fps; Terrain 50-60Fps)
