Firstly, make a new scenario. Hit Play, Then Paintmode, then New. I've already made 2 scenarios.

Theres been an update that requires you to scroll down with the slider when you reach the paintmode menu in the main menu

A lot of you reference games like HOI4 in your reviews, so I'll assume you know about cores, but more on that later.

This is also where you need to read the most!!!!

Firstly, Paint menus. "Paint Cont" is the Controller paint. Controller is just who owns it at the start of the game. Brush size is how big the brush is, "Type here" is where you put the name of that coutntry, and "entire region" means you paint the entire country/region in the map mode selected.
Secondly, CO, CI, and CU. CO stands for Country, CI stands for cities, and CO stands for Culture. These are basically cores, or when someone declares independance who it will be.

Thirdly, SD. This is Sub Divisions, I think it means provinces, territories, and states but, like regions, I have no clue what it actually is.

Fourthly, E1-3. These are your 3 Easter-eggs. So you see, it's basically just cores for Easter Eggs. If it's overlapping with another, like the Dutch and British in Guyana (assuming you want both empires at their height waiting to be released or something, idk) you can make the Dutch own Guyana for E1, and the British E2. E3 is another one but it works the same.

Fifthly. UM, SU, and BU. I'm leaving this blank for now, as I've never used them before.

Sixthly, more Regions. Same as above.
