Big ups to Matsilagi for allowing particle compatibility

A basic port and edit of the map "Oilfield" from Nuclear Dawn. Some restricted areas have been removed, and most faction textures removed.

This large-sized map is perfect for any "conquest" gamemode. Vehicle and helicopter-friendly, additional ladders added to certain areas. All content is packed in the BSP.
