DR2 Defiler (Fireaxe)

Replaces the Fireaxe and uses mav's & ThomasCat's MW2019 animations. Includes original Dead Rising 2 sounds and a HUD icon.

NOTE: Sounds may not be 100% accurate, since the Defiler does not have unique sounds, but a mixture of fireaxe, sledgehammer and some other sounds instead (which makes sense). I did my best to recreate and mimic the sounds from DR2 as accurately as possible, using the sounds that were available in the game files.
