Better Great Leafy Stalk

Description
Are you tired of the boring original Great Leafy Stalks with only negative effects, which only generate insect eggs in the humid season? This mod adds several different new capabilities to it, inspired by DST's Great Tree Trunk. At the same time, the mod contains several additional changes, mainly making several important resources in Hamlet world renewable. Therefore, this mode is named "Renewable Hamlet". If you have any interesting suggestions, please share them with me! This mod is currently in update status, and future change plans can be seen below.

Mod Setting:
Frequency of each spawn check:
None -- Will disable spawn check and all the changes brought by this mod
Less -- 3 days
Default -- 1 day
More -- 0.5 days
Lots -- 0.25 days

At present, the changes of the mod include:

* Great Leafy Stalks will detect the number of fireflies around once when Day comes. If the number of fireflies around is less than 10, the fireflies will try to find a suitable spawn point in the deep rainforest without obstacles (70% chance). If there is no suitable spawn point for 10 attempts, the fireflies will fail to generate.
* When a Great Leafy Stalks is collided by anything, the screen will shake and 3-5 resources (including cut grass, twigs and foliages, with equal probability of occurrence, and additional jungle burr in the lush season) will fall from the canopy. At the same time, Great Leafy Stalk will enter the cooling state, and it will have no effect if it is collided within 1 day (by default).
** If the number of hanging vines around is less than 4-5, collision with a Great Leafy Stalk will cause 1-2 hanging vines to fall down.
** When players collide with Great Leafy Stalk or Above-Average Leafy Stalk, they will cause hatred from surrounding canopy creatures (snaptooth seedlings, snaptooth flytraps, spider monkeys, hanging vines and rabid beetles).
* In the humid season, if there are no nettles within a large range of a Great Leafy Stalk, and the number of dug nettles is less than 5, 2-3 dug nettles will be generated every 1 day (by default) at random locations without obstacles, with a spawn chance of 10% each time.
* In the lush season, there is a 1% (default) chance of Tree Nut falling from the canopy when a Great Leafy Stalk is collided.
** Tree Nut can be regarded as a seed of Great Leafy Stalk. They can be destroyed by hammers, dropping 1-2 twigs and 1 bone shards. They can grow into Above-Average Leafy Stalk (which is similar to Great Leafy Stalk) on dense rainforest turf or dense turf. They can be carried and moved to take them to any place, but they cannot be put into the inventory or container. They can only be equipped and when equipped, the movement speed will be reduced by 85%.
It will sink in the water and cannot be retrieved, It can be transferred using a Telelocator Staff. The growth time is 20-30 days. The growth conditions also require that there are no obstacles around the tree nut, and the players keep a certain distance from it. If the growth fails after the growth time, checking whether it meets the growth conditions every 60 seconds. If yes, it will grow into a Above-Average Leafy Stalk. The growth of Tree Nut is available in all worlds, so you can plant your own Leafy Stalk in lost forests, tropical islands, dark caves and even hot volcanoes.
*** A Above-Average Leafy Stalk is similar to a Great Leafy Stalk that is naturally generated, which can drop hanging vines, and is also a target that can be collided. It can block lightning strikes within a certain range. However, unlike a Great Leafy Stalk, it cannot generate fireflies, aggressive vines, dug nettles, jungle burr, etc. At the same time, the Above-Average Leafy Stalk can be destroyed. It takes 25 axe chops to be destroyed. When destroyed, up to 19 pieces of logs will be dropped. One can also burn Above-Average Leafy Stalk with fire and make it drop several ashes. Under the canopy of a Above-Average Leafy Stalk, nothing will burn because of lightning, nor will them start wildfires in RoG summer. When characters are under the canopy, lightning will be blocked and several resources will fall from the canopy, they will also get 35% waterproof effect. The canopy of a Above-Average Leafy Stalk can avoid the high temperature in summer or in SW dry season, just like standing under normal trees, but the effect is better: even in the middle of summer, the maximum temperature is only about 65, avoiding overheating damage.
* When characters are under the canopy of deep rainforests or gas rainforests, lightning will be blocked and some resources will fall from the canopy. Even if the characters are not under the canopy, any combustibles under the canopy will not be ignited when contacting with lightning.
* Decorative vines and hanging vines no longer block the placement of buildings.
* All kinds of plants (Weathered Branch, etc.) in Pinacle (the area only accessible via BFB) are renewable. Every 1 day (by default), there is a 50% chance to generate a random Pinacle plant. When the number of Pinacle plants reaches 30, stopping spawning.
* Every 1 day (By default), a Lily Pad has a 20% chance to generate a reed (if the number of reeds around is less than 8), a 10% chance to generate a fish (if the number of fish around is less than 3), a 5% chance to generate a Lily Pad (if the number of Lily Pad around (including itself) is less than 3), and a 1% chance to generate a lotus (if the number of lotus flowers around is less than 3). The products of lotus leaves can only appear on water. The generated reeds and lotus cannot be picked immediately, and need to wait for the growth time to pass.
* Each Great Leafy Stalk can generate 1 snaptooth seedling or 1 spider monkey (1% chance), with a frequency of 240 seconds/0.5 days (default). The Great Leafy Stalk will start to spawn the next snaptooth seedling after the last one grows into a snaptooth flytrap.
* Blooming tuber tree will drop Tuber Granules nearby. The Tuber Granules can grow into small tuber tree on the painted sand turf. The growth time is 8-12 days. The growth requires that there are no obstacles around the Tuber Granules and the players keep a certain distance from it. The Tuber Granules can also be eaten or cooked, and cannot be put into the cooking pot. The maximum stacking limit is 40. They can float on the water, and will be blown by strong wind. The burnt Tuber Granules lose the ability to grow into tuber trees, but when eaten, they will not poison the eaters as raw version does. Any character who eats (raw or cooked) Tuber Granules (except Wormwood) will sneeze, as if they are affected by the hayfever in the lush season, dropping 0-4 random items and lose some sanity.
* Claw Palm Trees (no matter if they are naturally produced) on wild plains turf will generate a pog, with a maximum of 1 pog and a spawn time of 3 days (by default).
* Can of Silly String, Post Card of the Royal Palace, Queen Malfalfa and Honeycomb were added to the drop list of Peculiar Objects. Therefore, the instrument of Skyworthy can be as renewable as the Seaworthy.
* Now rainforest trees and tuber trees can bloom in RoG spring or SW green season, making them renewable out of the Hamlet world.

You need to keep a distance from it, make sure there is no objects around it, and it must be on the painted turf.

could you explain how the tuber granules grow. is it like if i dont keep distance the timer goes to 0 or do i need to keep distance in the moment it`s about to grow into a tree. i`ve just played 2 ingame years and never seen even one new tuber tree. -Thank you

只要不是雨林原生物(比如捕蝇草,蜘蛛猴)的碰撞都可以触发。人物自身速度快的话也可以触发(用咖啡提升的速度足够了)。

please for the love of god, make the tuber granules inedible to birds. they keep eating the granules before they can grow..
otherwise this is a fantastic mod! absolutely love it!
