Check the optional step first

You need to complete levels 1 & 2 for this to work properly. For some reason, if you trigger the tutorial video, then this doesn't work. So complete levels 1 & 2 via normal means.

Extract the files using 7Zip to the directory 'Tinboy_Data' in the installation directory. (IE. C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Tinboy\Tinboy_Data). Overwrite everything. This will replace every level with the tutorial level.

Complete every level, getting all of the chips. After a few levels, its worth checking to see if the newly completed levels are unlocking. If not, restart and start as late a level as you can immediately.

Once you have completed every level, and got all chips, verify game integrity to replace the levels with their original files.

Go to level 29, and jump in to the electrical cable dangling above you.

Comment aggressively, whilst enduring the sheer magnitude of your accomplishment here today.

This might not work, but the 100% save is here. It may work if you complete 1 level, haven't tested it. The save is in the registry, so its a .reg file that needs installing. I am not responsible for data loss or general f*ckery.
