Updated for 6.0, still not working exactly as intended. Added some of the DLC units.

They changed the Ogre garrisons quite a bit in 6.0.

I fixed it so that the game launches but the new garrisons only have tier 1-2 so I will have to modify the rest of this later and add some of the new units.
