Step One

Download your image.
Only use .JPG.

Step Two

Upload your image on the website "https://rafradek.github.io/Mishcatt/".
Leave all settings default.

Step Three

After selecting your spray change the name of the spray to something relevant to the image as you will find it by name in Zombie Panic: Source

After changing the same you then need to save it as VTF and VMT

Step Four

You now need to place the VTF and VMT file in the folder "logos" in the game directory
\Steam\steamapps\common\Zombie Panic Source\zps\materials\vgui\logos

Step Five

Now you need to go in game and select the spray
Go to "Zombie Panic! Options" -> "Custom Content" and then in the drop down menu select the name of your spray.

Done

You have now successfully imported a spray into ZPS.
