Moonbase

Description
You can build a Moonbase on the moon of your colony!
You can also build a Moonbase on the moon of the gas giant planet, where one of the moons is your colony. (e.g. New Luna of Commonwealth of Man)

Select the moon and use decision.

If the colony is destroyed, the Moonbase will also be destroyed.

Compatible with Real Space - System Scale mod.

And as the mod description above, you can create a lunar base on the moon of colonized planet (e.g. Luna of Earth)

If you research 'Ceramo-Metal Infrastructure' technology, you can create a lunar base on 'Toxic World' or 'Molten World'

How does AI use this? Anyone know how it works with StarNet AI? Does it increase lag?
