Lvl 3 Perception is the best!
Being able to walk through event blockers, and freely explore the expedition areas- This was a game changer for me!! I achieved it late game, but now I want to try to again and get it as early as possible. Thank you for this very helpful guide!

It's even freakier, because nearly any activity gives +1 friendship point with one of the characters, and that -1 stress is applied after the +x stress of the activity. So basically the stress level goes to 100 but then immediately bumps to 99 at the end of every month, no gifting necessary.

Lvl 3 Empathy is bananas!
Basically you can completely remove the need to rest, since you can just give a gift to someone (doesn't even need to be a favored gift) to bring your stress down to 99... which is enough to do an activity instead.
